Pronti is a same-day delivery marketplace for independent boutiques. A customer finds something on a boutique's website or our marketplace app, selects same-day delivery at checkout, and has it at their door within hours. The boutique keeps 100% of the sale. The customer pays the delivery fee. The retailer pays nothing.
Plugs into their existing checkout in 10 minutes. No contracts. No lock-in. Nothing changes about how they operate.

Every boutique owner you connect us with has the potential to earn you money whether the meeting happens, or whether they sign up and go live. Here's exactly how it works:

You're already in the room with boutique owners at events. Bring up Pronti naturally "have you heard of this?" is all it takes. Get their contact and send it to us.
You're spending hours with the owners and creative directors of the brands you shoot for. These are warm relationships. A quick mention goes a long way.
Every brand you've collaborated with, tagged, worn or promoted is a potential Pronti retailer. You already have their direct contact.
When a boutique sends you product or reaches out about a collaboration that's the perfect moment to mention Pronti. They're already thinking about sales and reach.
Mention Pronti naturally at an event, on set, over DM, wherever the relationship lives. Gauge their interest. If they want to know more, use the message templates below to follow up. You don't need to explain the whole product just get them curious enough to take a meeting.
Once they're open to it, send an introduction email or message connecting them with Zach at Pronti. The template below does this for you copy, personalise the names, and send. That's it. From there Pronti takes over the conversation.
Once you've made the intro, send Zach the four pieces of information below so the lead is properly tracked and your commission is locked in. No details submitted means no commission so make sure this gets sent the same day as the intro.
Use this when you want to make a casual first mention before a formal intro:
Hey [name] hope you're well. [Personal reference how you know them / what you shot together / where you saw them]. I've been meaning to reach out I'm part of a new platform called Pronti that just launched in Sydney. Basically same-day delivery for boutiques like yours, costs the store absolutely nothing and doesn't change any systems within the business. I thought of you straight away. Once they say yes, send this email with both Zach and the retailer cc'd:

In celebration of the app launch we're opening exactly 10 Founding Ambassador positions. The people in these spots will be the ones who helped build Pronti's Sydney network from the ground up. Once they're filled they're filled.

This is not a contract. It is an outline of the terms that will be formalised in a short Ambassador Agreement document upon signing. Pronti reserves the right to close the Founding Ambassador program at any time once all 10 spots are filled.

By proceeding below you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Pronti Co. Pty Ltd. Please read all terms carefully before signing.
This agreement is entered into between Pronti Co. Pty Ltd ABN 20 684 730 596 ("Pronti") and the individual named below ("Ambassador"). It sets out the terms under which the Ambassador will refer independent retailers to the Pronti platform in exchange for the commissions and benefits described below. The agreement becomes binding upon electronic signature by both parties under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth).
The Ambassador agrees to: (a) introduce Pronti to independent boutique retailers within their personal network using the referral process provided; (b) submit lead details to Pronti on the same day as any introduction is made; (c) represent Pronti honestly and accurately; and (d) not make commitments on behalf of Pronti regarding features, pricing, or terms not documented by Pronti.

Commission is calculated on Pronti's net delivery revenue share (currently 25% of each delivery fee). Paid by direct bank transfer to details provided by the Ambassador.
By signing below, both parties confirm they have read and understood this agreement in full and agree to be bound by its terms. This constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth). The Ambassador acknowledges they are not an employee of Pronti and that commissions are earned only where the conditions above are met in full.
